Know what to expect before you decide.
A home inspection is a visual review of the property’s major systems and accessible areas. At H&H Home Inspection, we help buyers, sellers, homeowners, and real estate professionals understand the condition of the home before making important decisions.
Schedule. Inspect. Report. Decide.
We keep the process simple, organized, and easy to understand from the first call to the final report.
Schedule
Contact H&H to schedule your inspection. We confirm the property details, inspection type, access information, and any add-on services you may need.
Inspect
We inspect the visible and accessible areas of the property, including major systems, safety concerns, roof concerns, moisture signs, and general property condition.
Report
You receive a clear digital report with photos, notes, explanations, and recommended next steps so you know what matters most.
Decide
Use the report to move forward, negotiate repairs, request further evaluation, plan maintenance, or protect your investment.
Before, during, and after the inspection
A home inspection should not feel confusing. We explain the process, document the findings, and help you understand the next steps.
Before the inspection
Before the inspection, we gather the information needed to properly prepare for the property. This includes the address, inspection type, access instructions, utilities, and any concerns you already know about.
- Confirm property address and appointment time.
- Review what type of inspection is needed.
- Discuss any known concerns such as roof damage, leaks, moisture, or safety issues.
- Add optional services such as radon testing, thermal imaging, or sewer scope coordination.
During the inspection
During the inspection, we visually review accessible areas and major systems. We document visible defects, safety concerns, damage, maintenance items, and anything that may need further evaluation.
- Roof, exterior, grading, drainage, and visible storm concerns.
- Interior rooms, doors, windows, walls, ceilings, floors, and stairs.
- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, water heater, and accessible major systems.
- Attic, crawlspace, basement, foundation areas, and moisture concerns where accessible.
After the inspection
After the inspection, you receive a digital report that organizes the findings in a way that is easy to understand. The report can help you decide what to repair, negotiate, monitor, or have reviewed by a specialist.
- Clear photo documentation of important findings.
- Plain-language explanations and recommendations.
- Items that may need repair, maintenance, or further evaluation.
- Information you can use for buying, selling, repairs, or property planning.
What the inspection is not
A home inspection is not a guarantee that every hidden issue will be found. It is a visual, non-invasive inspection of accessible areas at the time of the inspection. Hidden defects, blocked areas, inaccessible components, and future failures may not be visible.
- It is not a code inspection.
- It is not a warranty on the home.
- It does not open walls or damage finished materials.
- It does not replace evaluation by licensed specialists when needed.
